Experience:

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with 6 years of experience. I have been teaching in the UAE for the past year. I try to make learning active and enjoyable for the children in order to foster a love of learning. I am very flexible in terms of times and days. I have a Bachelors degree in Law from UCD in Ireland. I also have a masters degree in commercial law. I worked as a lawyer for a year before training to be a primary school teacher. I am extremely passionate and hard working.

Approach:

My approach to tutoring is that I am flexible to the student's needs as each child is completely different. Once we have discussed what we need to work on I will develop an education plan that will contain targets for the child. Once these targets have been set I will work with the child to aim to meet these targets through teacher support, guidance and positive reinforcement of their strengths and skills. I tailor each lesson to the individual based on their specific needs. What makes my lessons unique is that I try to incorporate an element of fun or enjoyment into my tutoring sessions.
