Experience:

As a former secondary mathematics teacher in British Curriculum schools, I have experience with tutoring GCSE, A level and IB students. I am also familiar with Singapore Mathematics Curriculum which trains students' problem solving ability from early years.  As a native Mandarin speaker, I also offer Chinese tuition.  I have adopted different textbook series for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. I helped students to prepare for Chinese proficiency exams such as GCSE, HSK and SAT II Chinese. 3 students passed HSK level 2 and 3 exams and 2 students passed SAT II Chinese.

Approach:

I ensure the students have strong fundemental understanding on the key concepts.  On top of it, I will help the students improve their problem solving skills as well as exam skills through practicing various types of questions.
