Qualification:

PGCE English, MA Journalism, BA (hons) English and History

Experience:

I have taught English to A-level for 5 years in both England and Wales. I decided to embark on my next adventure: teaching in the UAE. That was 18 months ago and I have adored every moment since. I have a PGCE qualification in English teaching, an MA in Journalism and a BA in English (minoring in History). I currently work at an outstanding school in Dubai.

Approach:

Contagiously enthusiastic - I have a passion for words and infectiously high expectations. I plan my lessons to suit the individual student - honing their skills with personalised activities that engage and challenge.
