Experience:

I have over 8 years experience, with the last few years in the UAE focusing on teaching English to learners preparing for University. I have taught students who are preparing for IELTS, and I have been very successful in supporting them in raising their scores. I am well qualified for the role, since I have a Masters in Teaching English, and significant experience through working in colleges in the UAE, KSA, and China.

Approach:

I am bring to my lessons a relaxed, but focused approach. I tailor my lessons to the unique needs of my student, for example if the student needs to work more on developing their linguistic ability for a specific task in IELTS, then that is what I would center the session on. However, I am also comfortable in working with students who wish to have a conversation, and to practice their general English skills also.
