Experience:

I am currently in my fifth year of primary teaching, and have experience in both National Curriculum schools  and IB schools. I taught for 3 years in the U.K. and am now in my second year teaching in the UAE. I have taught from Grade 1 (Year 2) to Grade 5 (year 6). I have tutored children on a one-to-one basis for 2 years, including children that are new to learning English, children that need to 'catch up' with their peers, or that just need extra support with class work or homework.

Approach:

My lessons are planned based on the child's needs. I use an approach which targets all learning styles, and use different strategies to engage the students I work with.
