I have always been known for my creativity, dedication and hunger for new experience. My in-depth knowledge towards Microsoft office products, supporting through phone and email made me a champion for customer support. Along with this, I also have several years of teaching experience. The subjects that I teach are Advanced Excel, Dbms & RDBMS, Ms Office and Powerpoint.

Approach:

As a bilingual trainer, I deliver MS Office courses Mainly Excel in both Arabic and English for our clients in the Middle East. I am responsible for conducting comprehensive training needs analysis for our clients, course preparation and materials customization, professional and interactive training delivery and post-training assessment and evaluation. I have the experience of training most of the government organisation as well as the private sectors. I apply pre-assessment exams to check the level of the participants.
