Experience:

I have done B.Tech in Information Technology from CUSAT(2005 passout). I was an Engineering college lecturer for two years, and I had experiences in Teaching (Tution) for 10+ years.

Approach:

Based on the modules to cover and available time, I break up the lessons and prepare the time table. I clearly assess student's grasping capacity and the skill set. According to that I set classes.
