Had been conducting trainings & workshops for over a decade on soft skills like Personality development, Emotional intelligence, Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Effective writing, Planning & Monitoring, Presentation skills, Process development & implementation by using Six Sigma & 5S rules Six Sigma Processes.

Approach:

More of a workshop based training by involving the candidates to participate & debate. Being working in a professional environment I am more & have achieved a record of 3000 plus hours of training & certifications from Learning & development division of my company. Planning of lessons are completely based on the requirement for which I let the candidates go through an evaluation in order to ascertain the level of knowledge, My lessons are very casual & live. I ensure that the participant is relaxed & comfortable so that the teaching is practical. I plan my own material & deliver the same through effective communication in 5 Indian languages by preparing ppt & notes for candidates.
