Experience:

I don't believe in teaching rather I believe in training my students so that they get a habit of learning by themselves. This is not my main profession but I took it as a hobby as my Dad is a professional teacher and I loved the way he taught us.

Approach:

I don't plan until I start teaching. Every student has a different way of learning and I try to teach as per his way of understanding. So once I start interacting with the student, I start planning and keep changing until I find the best way.
