I have more than 25 years of experience in bilingual training and consulting. I am holding two Doctorate degrees in business. Specialized in business administration, human resources, strategic planning, self -development, organizational behavior, psychometric assessment, coaching and training curriculum development. Capable to develop your presentation skills, public speaking, emotional intelligence, trust, communication, leadership, and many other soft skills.

Approach:

Through interactive learning and practical case studies, I arm my students with practical tools to refine their skills in acquiring the needed competencies for their success. My ability to simplify the most intricate issues and tendency to coach the students to gain self-confidence, coupled with enlightened wisdom from lifelong experiences help my students to have a paradigm shift and gain bullet-proof leadership skills.
