Experience:

I have taught Japanese since 2010 in Dubai, some group, some private. I'm also a qualified TEFL teacher, certified scuba diving instructor (26 years), qualified first aid trainer (26 years), qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor for 15 years, and taught piano (been playing for 51 years) off and on for 15 years. As a very experienced instructor in many different subjects, I excel at creating fun and exciting learning environment.  

Approach:

Each person learn differently - I take time to ensure a specific type of teaching approach is created per students' needs so they can excel at learning. I am also great at giving examples and breaking things down so student understands the complexity of a language as unique as Japanese.
