Experience:

I am an Islamic Studies major. I am currently a teacher in the International School of Creative Science, Sharjah. I have 2 years experience in teaching and tutoring. Arabic is my native language and I can also speak English with a moderate level of competence. I consider myself to be a very passionate teacher and some of my strengths come from teaching a wide range of students. My father was also a Islamic teacher, so I feel the trade is well built in my blood.

Approach:

My lesson planning varies depending on the needs of my students. No two students are the same and people all have different ways of retaining information. In my demo classes I will identify my student's needs and adjust my lesson planning accordingly. My teaching philosophy is to treat my students like my own children. I like to manage my classroom as a democracy, wherein the learners feel their opinions hold weight and that they are instrumental to their own learning and growth as young individuals. I believe the best atmosphere for learning is a fun and enjoyable one. I like to link the study topics with real-world examples and stories in order to make the learners feel the knowledge they gain may apply in their own lives.
