Experience:

I have been teaching both in the UK (London) and the UAE (Dubai) for the last 5 years. I have been homeschooling a local Emirati family for the last 2 years for full time. My methods of teaching consists of a fun and practical way of teaching, making sure the student is understanding what is being taught. I aim for my students to be speaking fluent English within 1 to 2 months of full time lessons. Approach:

Before tutoring the student I like to do what I call a meet and greet, this is where I sit down with the pupil and discuss there strengths and weakness, and how they think it will help them in the future. from discussing this with the pupil I can build up a report and make a study plan with the student to make a curriculum which is most suited for them. I have a qualification for CELTA from the Cambridge university and have studied how to teach students for over 3 years.
