Experience:

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from one of the top universities in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas. My course covered Biology and Chemistry subjects. I took the IELTS test, twice; one for Academic and one for General Training. Anyone wanting or planning to take the IELTS test can take some pointers from me. I got an 8.0 on both exams. I have a license to practice Medical laboratory Science in the Philippines and did so for three years in St. Luke's Medical Center.

Approach:

My main tool is analogy; matching or comparing the subjects I teach to the subjects the student is already good at or a subject that my student would easily understand. I always try to avoid going to deep without first starting with the basics as I always consider that a good foundation is where you start to build a great person. I always make it a point to make my lessons fun and lively with contests and challenges for my students. Taking some tips from my favorite teacher, these methods are proven not only to keep my students entertained, but also to keep them wanting for more.
