Experience:

I am a female English Canadian teacher that has 9 years of classroom teaching experience. I have worked with teaching the American and Canadian curriculum and have tutored students from ages 5 to 15 for Maths, English (Reading, Writing, Phonics), Geography and Science. I have teaching experience in every Grade from KG to 12. I also hold Additional qualifications in ESL, Reading, Integration of Technology and I am specialized in Special Education.

Approach:

I am a passionate, patient and motivated teacher who believes in the philosophy that every child has the ability to learn, grow and succeed. I design the best programs that caters to the child’s learning style by using differentiated learning techniques. I prepare and bring all the materials needed to ensure quality lessons. Parent and tutor communication is an open dialogue to provide updates about their child’s progress. The first session will be an assessment to determine the areas of need.
