Experience:

I do more Interactive teaching through aid of visuals, animations correlation with real world rather than monologue learning methodology as in schools and higher education institutes. I offer doubt solving sessions, revisions and recap from previous lessons, more and more comprehensive test and quizzes to correct the strategy of learning and ability to retain and apply in exams and test in schools and colleges.

Approach:

I use more deterministic approach towards the mentally of the student to understand the lesson. I judge by differentiating behaviour of varied number of students and impart personal attention and customised the learning strategy and goal to achieve learning outcome as per the need of the student that creates a comfortable environment for the student to learn and interact with the tutor.
