I am basically from IT background. I have worked with Hewlett Packard for 3 years as a software developer in India. I have recently moved to Dubai. I want to pursue my passion now i.e. Mentoring and teaching. During my college days I used to teach Primary students. I love to guide, mentor and help students to focus on their studies. If students get right direction they can do wonders.

Approach:

I always believe in concepts. If basics are clear then everything is quite easy. I always try to motivate students to achieve better and strong their concepts to get better results. Basically a friendly approach , open discussions. I feel we should create student's interest first then approaching towards tough part.
