Experience:

My teaching experience is not very extensive but it is certainly diversified. I have had opportunity to interact with students from various academic levels and backgrounds. I basically focus on key concepts and student's strength to target the areas where a student is struggling. Since Mathematics, Physics, Biology and English are my strong suits therefore I give huge emphasis on real life examples and encourage my students to research using the internet and other mediums.

Approach:

I believe teaching is a two way street and based on this idea I initially involve all of my students in researching and understanding different concepts on their own. My entire session is steered by the student where he feels comfortable in discussing and shairng his concept without any limitations. For students facing difficulties in understanding, I would break down the information into smaller and less complicated pieces where they would easily comprehend the entire string of information.
