TEFL Course and Completing a BSc Bachelor of Science Degree.

Experience:

I have been a Year 1 Primary Teacher for the last 5 years in Qatar. I am now taking a career break to take care of my daughter whilst my wife continues to improve her career. I am happy to teach a variety of subjects but I believe that when learning a second language, phonics and reading is the foundation of this process. My Degree is Science and having taught Year 1, I have experience of teaching any primary subject.

Approach:

I consistently make teaching interesting, stimulating, inspiring and challenging. Learners excel when they are in control of their own learning and develop the language to have a meaningful experience when being educated. I will endeavour to build a good relationship with the student as learning will take place when the child feels comfortable and happy in their learning environment. After meeting your child, I will assess their strengths and weaknesses, this will then guide their learning.
