Experience:

I have been teaching English since 2007. Most of my students are Japanese and Korean who initially have zero English. I focus on teaching: Vocabulary Phonics Grammar Writing Speaking.

Approach:

I plan my lesson depending on the needs of children. Pictures, song, and videos are motivation especially when dealing with the small ones. I also use flash cards to encourage to learn English.
