Experience:

I have a strong communication skill and have got the ability to make students understand the subject properly. Even I can help students with their decision making and have the capability to teach a mass all at once with proper class management. I have around 4.5 years of experience in IT industry which includes 1 year experience in training the employees.

Approach:

I plan the sessions based on the students understanding. I will make sure the student is strong in the concept before moving to the next topic. More work out will bring confidence to students. I can help out students at any time rather than the specified teaching time.
