Experience:

Develop a curriculum that takes an overall approach to English study. Teaching students basic English skills, such as listening, reading, writing and speaking. Create lesson plans to teach non-native speakers to read, write and speak English. Help students learn English grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills

Approach:

In planning my lessons, I always put the level of understanding of my tutee first that way we'll be able to establish a smooth learning experience. I do not limit my tutee's way of understanding to too academic. I see to it that he or she is having fun while learning that would give her the advantage of retaining the lessons. I also include games and art in a way that he or she will be able to apply these learnings not just at school but in everyday life.
