Approach:

I first understand the mindset of students pertaining to particular subjects, their liking and disliking. Accordingly, I plan my sessions, so that students doesn't face any boredom while studying. I would sometimes involve fun elements while teaching non-interested subjects to the students for keeping their concentration on that subject. I firmly believe knowledge can be imparted only when there is a respect between a student and teacher
