Experience:

I am a results-orientated certified personal trainer with a passion for designing exercise programmes that maximise workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and develop and overall sense of wellbeing. I have worked in 2 gyms in Egypt and in Dubai, I work for a retail fitness company as a fitness specialist. I gained a distinction in Personal Training level 3 in May 2016.
