Experience:

My prrimary audience are adults as a soft skills trainer. I combined practical and sometimes holistic approach for my trainees to absorb or grasp the essence of the subject.

Approach:

I take pride about my active listening skills. By listening first on the training need, I get to plan on what kind of strategy or approach I have to do in knowing my audience, their needs and their expectations as well. I don't a specific tutoring technique but I call the " the now approach". By being in the present moment, your senses can absorb easily what is happening around you. Same thing with learning, if a student knows how to prepare mentally for a subject, he/she will be able to 'understand it, It's a two-way traffic, like a give and take relationship.
