MBA with specialization in HR & Marketing and B.Tech undergraduate, possesses 5+ years of academic experience. My scholarly interest lies in area of HR, Marketing & Research would pursue my doctorate in the same. My teaching philosophy reflects my interests in collaborative authorship; I prefer student centered teaching that encourages learning by both students and teachers. And I like students to think about the class as a community where they can learn beyond their imagination.

Approach:

Imparting value education to students through learning by doing approach, the pedagogy adopted is based on learning centric model and focuses on holistic development of students. . The tools like role play, group discussions, extempore, case study, games, group and individual power point presentations were utilized to enhance the understanding of the students, these tools are made more extensive to create a better learning environment.
