I have been a tutor to the elite private schools in New York for 10 years. I earned my Master's degree in 2004 and served as a lead teacher and IT coordinator for 8 years until coming to the UAE. Here I have been with ADEC for 3 years, and now I am looking to work one on one with students to have a greater impact on their education.

Approach:

I have a B.A. in psychology which affords me deep insight into the individual student. Using a variety or tests or screening tools. I can determine accurate baselines from which I create a tailored curriculum for each student. Every one of my students that has given their best, has succeeded under my approach. I involve online materials, small projects, and authentic assessments. When my students can teach the material to me, I know that we have succeeded!
