I have more than 5 years of teaching experience and over 9 years of IT industry experience.

Approach:

My teaching approach is based upon direct hands on practice. I focus more on practical and through it I explain the theories behind it. I consider it highly important to give thumb rules and well defined set of rules to the students so that they can analyse the problems and device the solution as easily and as quickly as possible. As I have a wide range and years of experience in the corporate industries, I know the actual problems which the people face in the job world and that problem comes from improper methodology of teaching and not being firmly grounded in the fundamentals. In short I know the loop holes in conventional teaching methods.
