Experience:

Have been tutoring since high-school. In college, I was a grader and tutor. Helping my classmates and juniors. Basically I understand how the student thinks and teach him in a way he will understand.

Approach:

First I need to know the level of the student. For example, If he needs help in English, I would ask him to write a small essay, after reading it, I would know what he is weak in and focus on those needs, turning his weaknesses into strengths.
