Experience:

I have completed M.Phil. in English literature and B.Ed. in education field. I have experience of 8 years. I am well aware of all modern teaching methodologies. I have knowledge about TIMSS and PISSA.

Approach:

I always prefer heuristic style of teaching. I Plan my lessons according to the needs of students. Some students are audio learners, some are visual learners. So I always follow up the requirements of my students. I use hand movements, body language, face expression matters more in now a days teaching system. I know how to deal different categories of students, I always design different exciting games to make my lecture more effective and informative, use of hand movements, face expression and body language matters more in now a days teaching systems. My results are best. I believe on pair teaching. Students learning becomes 100 percent fast by heuristic style of teaching tool. I always prefer to apply 4 Cs. My aim is to enhance critical thinking among students, collaboration is the most important tool.
