Experience:

Worked with students one-on-one to help develop their basic reading and writing skills. I have filled out evaluations and reports to chart students' progress. I always try to create educational assessments to identify educational needs, and developed individualized instructional and tutoring plans for each kid.

Approach:

My approach varies depending on the student�s needs and learning style. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don�t lecture to students or ask them to memories things. Nor do I do the students� homework for them!
