Yoga Teacher Training course in India in 2013

Experience:

I've been practicing yoga for the last 4 years, I went to Sri-Lanka in 2013 for 1 month Intensive Ashtanga Yoga course and same year to India for 5 weeks of teacher training course. My class is 60 minutes, I explain all benefits from each posture, - physical and spiritual meaning of yoga. After 5 classes I guarantee back-pain relief and lifestyle transformation. My time is flexible and I'm able to come at your own place. I also teach Russian- 150 Dhs per hour.

Approach:

Every Yoga lesson is different, concentrating to individual needs of students. If issue is pain at particular part of the body I will prepare set of postures helping to release the pain, same for low blood pressure, lack of energy or depression. I have all techniques to fight those issues.
