• Developed good governance policy and advised CEO on operations hierarchy by redistributing business segments between operations, customer relations and HR reducing redundancy. • Developed teacher performance scorecard and KPIs to encourage and align teacher’s performance with company goal, undergoing trial run. • Develop teaching methodology for teacher training and metrics for gauging student’s comprehension.
