Bachelor of Communications, Graduate Diploma Secondary Education - English

Experience:

I have been teaching middle and senior school students for 10 years in Australia. For the past 6 months I have been teaching here in the UAE at a Middle School level in the areas of English and the Humanities. I have tutored students of range of ages (9-18) and have seen excellent results during the time they have been enrolled in my tuition. I have two qualifications: A Bachelor of Communications with a major in Mass Communication and Media as well as a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to the needs of each student. I create tailor-made lessons which make use of ICT rather than just pens, paper and books. As an educator I adopt BYOD (bring your own device) and recommend that all my students have a device ready for their lessons. (if one is not available, it can be provided by me) However, all students are different and if this approach isn't the right fit for them, then I am highly flexible and very quick at adapting lessons plans.
