Experience:

I have worked as a teacher, tutor and education advisor for 10 years (New Zealand, UK, Gulf) and can tutor you for general improvement or specific exam technique and success. I am able to tutor all age groups, from primary to adult. I also offer yoga classes for adults and youth. My yoga style for youth is fun and self-empowering, building confidence and giving strategies for stress management. For adults, my yoga style is a blend of hatha, vinyasa flow and restorative, depending on your needs.

Approach:

My approach is very much centred around your needs and goals. I believe in learning through activity and experience combined with strong teaching of skills. Learning should be fun while at the same time beneficial. My students have always made strong progress very quickly and I receive lots of positive feedback from both students themselves and their parents. I look forward to discussing your learning requirements with you. My one to one yoga classes take a similar approach, being carefully focused around your needs and wants. Every person is different and every body is different so my work with you is on a very personal level. If you have a group of friends who want to take a class together in your home this can also be arranged, group fees to be discussed. Note - Academic tutoring costs are less than yoga sessions.
