Experience:

Taught yoga postures, kriyas, breathing exercises and meditation techniques for as 10 years to all aged students. Result oriented yoga class will be taken. Personal attention. Having knowledge of Naturopathy, ayurvedic, Baby massage.

Approach:

before starting class students consultation will be done. According to age, health and ability yoga lessons will be planned. Diet also will be given for good health.
