Experience:

Teaching needs a lot of patience and understanding as well. To make a student understand a subject, i don't push them to memorize. Instead, i ask them to understand deeply, start from the beginning, know where and how to apply the knowledge and let them know the purpose of their actions. I am an engineer by profession, I love mathematics and willingly i wanted to share my knowledge.
