Experience:

While teaching, I always ensure that what I am teaching is 100% understood by my students. I do not proceed until the entire concept is clear. During my school and college, I have even taught subjects that were not in my syllabus to my classmates. I have a knack of understanding any subject and presenting it in the most simplest manner possible.

Approach:

Initially, I will request an entire list of topics that the student requires me to teach prior to our lecture. In case I need some more information, I will get in touch with the student for the same. I request at least a day's notice before the actual lecture. I believe solving question papers for the past 3-4 years is one of the best ways of learning and I would prefer the student to at least glance through his/her notes before the commencement of our lecture. I would recommend an adult to participate in the lecture initially to monitor the quality of the same. It would aid the parent to decide if these lectures are really helping their child.
