Experience:

I have completed Electrical Engineering. I delivering various seminars to bridge the gap between the real professional life and the college. Moreover, I have been training the trainee Engineer recruits at office for the basic fundamentals so that they start the work.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on the students needs and not on way I want it to deliver. So prior to the training I used to interact inform all with the students about their expectations. My techniques include the way I have learnt the things, which makes it easier to grasp complicated topics.
