Experience:

I am an engineer having more than 6 years of teaching experience and 6 years of industrial experience in engineering and project management. Teaching is my passion hence I always keep myself engaged with teaching beside my full time job. I also teach how they can fit for the industrial job.I don't have any time constraint for students, if needed one hour extends to several hours. I stress on concept , practice and solving complex problems so that they perform well.

Approach:

1. I spend few hours with students to see how the teaching plan shall be developed for that student, every student needs different approach to learn and develop, therefore, understanding them is an important task. 2. I have various ways to teach students, I teach concept, conduct brain storming session and then practice the problems to develop strong understanding of the topic. Learning sustains long term if and only if concept is understood correctly. 3. I teach various techniques to teach and one of the techniques is plan-learn-solve process. My students can connect to me at anytime for any clarification and explanation.
