Experience:

I have a B.Sc and a Masters in Education. I have been a classroom teacher and also often worked with students individually. I have mostly worked with students who are second language English speakers. I, therefore, enjoy supporting English development during all of my teaching.

Approach:

I enjoy watching students make progress! The best way to do this is to keep the lessons interesting and also to make sure that the students have enough background knowledge to learn what I am teaching. Sometimes, the background learning that they need cannot be identified through the textbook. I, therefore, like to work with students to see what they can do and also find what ways they like to learn. Learning is best when it feels like fun.
