Experience:

I am an outstanding English teach with 8 years experience of teaching in the UK. I have a dual honours degree in Philosophy and English Literature as well as a PGCE in English and a masters in Existentialist Philosopy. My teaching style is modern and friendly. English should be enjoyed and so this is at the forefront of my approach. I have a fantastic ability to forge positive working relationships with my students, which is paramount if lessons are to be successful.

Approach:

I like to know my students and then tailor my lessons around things they are interested in. I use examples from current affairs rather than irrelevant text book subjects. I am highly professional and am able to make my students trust and engage in me and what I am delivering. My questioning technique is a great strength of mine in that I want students to discover and develop their own analytical skills rather than being dictated to.
