Approach:

*sessions covers the basics and 3 to 4 chigong postures with their breathing and body alignments, self-defense side application for the Taiji form and their meaning. *combat class can available on request, covering how to strike the pressure points. *Taiji Dimmak ( Death Touch): introduction to Dimmak. introduction to the small SanSau Taiji application form, this will teach you how to strike the Dimmak points in the correct body alignments and how to issue max power.
