B.Sc with Physiology (Hons.) and PGCE (British Teaching Qualification).

Experience:

I am a qualified teacher from England with 13 years experience. I have successfully pushed students to reach above and beyond their potential in GCSEs (Science and Mathematics) and A level Biology. I have been an Assistant Headteacher for the past 7 years before securing a Senior Leadership role here in Abu Dhabi. I have success in securing results way above the National average in England including percentages of students attaining A Grades.

Approach:

I strive to push students to perform above their potential target grades. My lessons are fun and engaging having learnt skills over several years. In my classes, I am known for my methods of differentiating the learning so that everybody can progress; I apply these skills to tutoring sessions. I would say that I have a good rapport with students which makes them feel at ease but they are also stretched and challenged at the same time.
