I am a Bachelor of Engineering with Electronics, Masters in Business Science with Human Resource and Production, PG Diploma with Project Management.

Experience:

I believe in teaching through examples & case studies. Concepts are taught through role plays, presentations, videos, audio clips & real life examples. Continuous feedback in between and during sessions. Innovation in teaching styles ensures students' interest in the subject. Associated with Cambridge Group, Person Group, Oxford education. I have worked in capacity of manager in cross cultures European, British, Australian & Japanese.

Approach:

All the session plan is prepared well in advance and discussed with the students and even parents if required. There are milestones based on topic, chapter and sections which are monitored very closely. After every topic there is an evaluation to ensure student has grasped the concept well and also its application is checked. There are continuous evaluations which ensure that students are always ready to face the exam from college. Detailed progress sheet is maintained for all the activities and topics. Weekly Progress report ensures continuous improvement in the performance of the student.
