Qualification:

Bachelor of Education (Honours), Diploma in Language Development and Certificate in the Teaching of Numeracy and Literacy.

Experience:

I have 10 years of teaching experience, 5 in Ireland and 5 in the UAE during which I have taught a broad and varied curriculums to a diverse range of ages and abilities. While in the UAE I have taught at a prestegious private school, where I am proud to have enabled my students to maximise their potential.

Approach:

I establish clear expectations of students' both academically and behaviourally. I display a positive and calm approach to teaching which lends itself to an effective learning environment. I clearly establish the learning needs of the student and I provide stimulating and interesting resources to engage the student and maximise their learning potential.
