Experience:

I have taught groups in institutes specializing in IELTS preparation as well private tutoring sessions for adults and children who generally need to improve their Speaking and Comprehension. Furthermore I have taught students from varying parts of the world which has allowed me to pinpoint the unique learning challenges associated with various nationalities.

Approach:

I tailor all my lessons to the needs of my students and aim to make my classes engaging and stimulating. I use subjects that provoke thought and discussion to help students find the confidence to express their thoughts and opinions in their second language. While English may be my first language I have studied and put myself in the position of a language student on numerous occasions. This has given me the advantage of being able to foresee the difficulties a student will encounter depending on their own language and culture.I believe in differentiation and I can easily adapt to the learning style and needs of my pupils.
