Experience:

I believe that all students have the ability to be successful in the classroom and as a result be successful adults in their communities and work environment. To be over-prepared especially regarding students who need more individual attention, is very important to me. For the above reasons, I facilitate sessions where the student leads the learning whilst encouraging critical thinking and real- life applications.

Approach:

The balance between having fun and effective learning is very important. Different students have different ways of learning (Visual, Kinaesthetic to name a few examples). I approach all lessons (as well as my life) with great enthusiasm- if the students enjoys the learning, the learning is more effective. My unconditional loyalty, enthusiasm for teamwork and effective communication skills are qualities I pride myself in. Using my knowledge about Psychology and Child Development, I am able to be more sensitive towards students' needs and diagnose possible problematic situations in the classroom more intuitively.
