Experience:

I have been teaching in the UK in an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary school. I have experience of working with children in Years 4 and 5. I went to one of the top universities in the UK to study Sport Science before continuing my university career in Leeds where I completed a Masters in Sports Nutrition. My biggest strengths as a teacher would be Maths, Science and Literacy. But I also love to explore History and Geography topics with children, as well as teaching and coaching PE.

Approach:

I would like to think that I have something that cannot be taught to your average teacher. I believe that I have a style of talking to a child that encourages mutual respect, which I believe is essential when trying to get the best out of them. Of course practice and hard work are important components of developing a child but I also believe that fun and encouraging an inquisitive mind are just as important. My sessions would be structured around an individualized program for each child, aiming to target their weaker areas and develop a true love of learning.
