Experience:

I have 3 years experience. I have completed Master in Human Resource Management and basic education from Commerce background. I have more than 3 years of experience in Recruitment and more than 2 years experience in teaching. I use to to take private tutions in Pune India. I taught student till Grade 5 ICSE and CBSE board.

Approach:

Firstly I try to analyse the student in which subject they are strong and weak than i plan my lessons. I am very friendly with student. I like to be there friends rather than strict teacher. If you have a good understanding with your student than they study seriously.
